Due to the perishable and, if applicable, customised nature of the items we sell, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This process can be lengthy as it requires opening up a case with the courier. When ordering from us, you are accepting that damages may occur during transit, and that this is of no fault to The Happy Bakery Co. and as such, complaints should be logged with the courier company.
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
